  • Employer Brand Revamp

    Objective: Create a new employer brand that speaks authentically to the Samsung employee experience.

    Project: Partnered across Marketing, Design, Communications, and HR internally and with an external agency to understand the pain points and opportunities of #LifeatSamsung. Created a new employer brand with messaging pillars, design guidelines, and recruiter assets to recruit and retain our employees.

  • Careers Site Refresh

    Objective: Revamp the Samsung Careers Site with new employer brand messaging and updated information for new initiatives, including D&I, sustainability, and citizenship.

    Project: Managed workflows for 12 different teams including designers and engineers to consolidate design assets, copy, and visuals. Provide engagement updates and use KPIs to improve content and recruitment strategy.

  • The Muse Partnership

    Objective: Partner with The Muse to ensure that Samsung’s profile speaks honestly to the employer brand messaging.

    Project: Work with The Muse to produce five videos across two SEA locations and six remote employee videos. Manage the creation of sponsored articles and profile pages while promoting #LifeatSamsung in an honest and genuine way.
